That honor goes to Dr. Rosemary Seidler but, as of the publication of this book, he is the only other person to do so. Louisiana is a state of coastal marshes and swamp, major alluvial river valleys, and pine dominated high lands crowned by Mighty Mount Driscoll – all 550 feet tall – in Acadia Parish in northwestern Louisiana.
